ARTIST NOTE:

When colors are ‘spelled out’ in Huelitic Code, we rarely see the actual color, which leaves us questioning our senses. Then ‘Red’ and ‘Yellow’ come along, and suddenly confidence is restored. This dissonance, and then redemption, tease our expectations by depicting a narrative we have not considered -- reminding us to untangle from fixed ideas and notions about our reality.
